退貨及退款政策

現貨7日換貨保證

1. 基於衛生問題，所有已售出之內衣、內褲、襪類別等貨品不設換碼、換色、換貨服務，下單前請先再三考慮清楚。
2. 減價貨品不設換碼、換色、換貨服務。
3. 如貨品存在品質問題，請在收到貨品後的七天內與本店取得聯繫[*註]。
   

[*註]無法辦理換貨的情況：

a)逾期與本店取得聯繫(收到貨品後的七天內），恕無法提供換貨服務。

b）欠缺原包裝、吊牌、附件不齊全、人為損毀，恕無法提供換貨服務。

c)圖片與實物的色差問題、測量方式的標準不同、輕微脫線、皮革壓紋、鞋底微痕、已經使用、曾被修改、已下水洗滌/染色/縮水、沾有非貨品的氣味(如香水/香薰/香煙/汗味/異味/洗衣液/柔順劑等），恕無法提供換貨服務。

4. 如發現更換貨品並不符合上述換貨之條件，該貨品將退回至顧客的原寄地址，而顧客需自行承擔期間所產生的運費及費用。

5. SHOPPING BAG有權於毋須在另行通知情況下更改條款與細則，及拒絕更換產品的權利；如有任何爭議，SHOPPING BAG將擁有最終的決定權。

*如非出現付款後貨品斷貨或缺貨、導致貨品無法到店等情況，本店將不會提供退款服務，或會視為棄單處理。

Return and Refund Policy

Spot 7-day replacement guarantee

1. Due to hygiene issues, all sold underwear, panties, and socks products do not provide code and color exchange services. Please consider carefully before placing an order.

2. There is no code exchange and color exchange service for discounted products.

3. If there are quality problems with the goods, please contact our store within seven days of receiving the goods [*Note].

[*Note] Situations in which exchange cannot be processed:

a) If you reach our store after the deadline (within seven days of receiving the goods), we will not be able to provide an exchange service.

b) If the products do not contain the original packaging or tags, are incompleted accessories, or are man-made damaged, an exchange service will not be provided.

c) Color differences between the pictures and the actual items, different measurement standards, slight threading, leather embossing, slight marks on the soles, have been used, have been modified, have been washed/dyed/shrunk, and have non-product smells (such as perfume/ Aromatherapy/cigarettes/sweat smell/odor/laundry detergent/softener, etc.), exchange service is not available.

4. If it is found that the product does not meet the above exchange conditions, the product will be returned to the customer's original address, and the customer will be responsible for the freight and expenses incurred during the period.

5. SHOPPING BAG reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and refuse to replace products; in case of any disputes, SHOPPING BAG will make the final decision.
